Salmon and Couscous (with Chantrelles)

Ingredients

  • Packet of Smoked Salmon

  • Couscous

    • Helps to align flavor if you get the wild mushroom couscous)

  • Optional (Chanterelles or some type of mushroom)

Recipe (with Boiler)

  1. Boil water

  2. Pour chanterlles into the boil water, let them cook for 2-3 mins

  3. Pour couscous into the boiling mix

  4. Allow couscous to cook for 1-2 mins, (usually it cooks instantly if you get the right kind)

  5. Add Smoked Salmon packet to the mix

  6. Enjoy

Recipe (with Pan, the tastier option)

  1. Add oil to pan, bring to high heat

  2. Add chanterelles to pan and sauteé

  3. Add water to pan and bring to boil

  4. Pour couscous into the mix

  5. Allow couscous to cook for 1-2 mins, (usually it cooks instantly if you get the right kind)

  6. Add Smoked Salmon packet to the mix

  7. Enjoy
