Ramen Bomb

Notes

  • Towards the end of the PCT, this is what I ate basically every night for dinner. Here’s why:

    • has a ton of calories (~800 - 1000 calories)

    • tastes delicious if you make it right

    • Provides a nice warm meal (very helpful if cold)

Ingredients

  • Ramen (Shin Ramyun Bone Both has the most calories and protein)

  • Chicken or Tuna Packet

  • Instant Mash Potatoes (any flavor will do, but some have more calories than others)

Recipe

  1. Boil water

  2. Add ramen and seasoning packets to boiling water, will cook instantly

  3. Add a little instant mashed potatoes, NOT THE WHOLE THING, just enough to make it creamy

  4. Optional - add a bit of peanutbutter for more calories and extra taste

  5. Add chicken/tuna packet to water

  6. Enjoy
